The call for the 32nd Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Theater Festival has been published

Iran Theater- Head of the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Performing Arts Association said: The call for the 32nd theater festival was published.

Head of the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Performing Arts Association Farshid Bozorgnia said:”The festival will be held by Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Performing Arts Center in cooperation with the General Directorate of Islamic Culture and Guidance, in order to promote, encourage public performance in the province and with the aim of discovering creative and young talents and creating a suitable platform for the growth and promotion of theater. According to the regulations of the Provincial Theater Festival, the Provincial Theater Festival is only for the plays produced by the province's artists that in the period between the end of the provincial festival in 2019 and one month before the provincial festival in 2020, they produced their works and had at least 5 public performances in their city.”

He added:” In the festival, only stage works will be competetive, and the competition section is only for Iranian works. Adapted plays can also be present in the competition section by submitting the exact details of the original material .”
