Seyed Mojtaba Hosseini, Deputy Minister of Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, said: "Compulsory closure of cultural and artistic activities has consequences for the society, artists and the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance supports artists in this situation."
He added: "Since the closure of cultural and artistic activities due to coronavirus outbreak, continuous perseverance by the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Deputy Minister of Arts and General Departments have been carried out by various government departments to support artists. We hope that this support will take place in the coming days. “
Hosseini continued: "For this purpose, several meetings were held in the artistic deputy office . According to statistics from the same period last year, lists have been compiled for support that are being pursued, and every effort is being made to support artists as much as possible .Although the resources and credits of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance have always been limited to support artistic activities, the government has been pursued it.”
