I will Bring on stage “The Devil and Miss prym”

Iran Theater- Hasan Bastani tells that he brings  “The Devil and Miss.Prym “ after the coronavirus pandemic is over.”

Last year, I had talks with Saeed Asadi, the director of City Theater Complex, and I was scheduled to perform this year. In this regard, I presented two plays; The text I am working on is the novel The Devil and Miss Prym by Paolo Coelho. For the first time in Iran, a play based on Coelho's novels will be performed.”

 

From bestselling author and international sensation Paulo Coelho, The Devil and Miss prym set in a small village about a young, poor barmaid whose wager with the devil leads to a spiritual transformation.

He pointed out his reasons for choosing the book: “I think this play  is very attractive and romantic. The story addresses one of humanity's constant concerns; Good and evil, purity and ugliness and angel and devil. Whether we look at it from the point of view of philosophy or from the point of view of religion or the morality, we see the main and fundamental concern in the two paths of good and evil. What is moral? What is not moral? What is right and what is wrong. I have decided to invite actors to play in show, with whom I have previously collaborated.”
