Iran Theater- The Book Portrait one is published that includes three plays written by Mehran Ranjbar, each of which represents a prominent figure. This book is published by Noda Publishing.
The book includes three plays, each representing a prominent character. "Steve Jobs", "Marlon Brando"and "Karim Sheere’ie". The latter was the clown of Nasser al-Din Shah during the Qajar period.
It seems that Mehran Ranjbar does not have a clear policy in choosing characters whose dramatic portrait of their lives is written. Of course, this makes his works more attractive. In fact, the audience of his works cannot predict in any way who the next portrait of life is. An Iranian or non-Iranian character? A political figure or an artist?
The publication had previously published various plays such as Schweik, Richard and Socrates by Hamid Reza Naeemi as well as translations of valuable works in the field of stand-up comedy.
