The first virtual Nima yoshij acting festival was held

Iran Theater- The first virtual acting festival was held under the auspices of the Nima Yoshij Cultural and Artistic Institute in collaboration with the Nowshahr Performing Arts Center.Due to coronavirus pandemic and Closure of cultural institutions and artistic events it had been held online.

Fatemeh Zandi, secretary of festival in an interview with Iran Theater from Mazandaran, announced the holding of the first virtual acting festival. The festival has two sections for adults and children.   She stated: "This festival is hosted by Nowshahr city with the aim of strengthening and developing cultural and artistic activities  during home quarantine.”

She added:” More than 150 works from cities (Nowshahr, Rasht, Tehran, Kelardasht, Ramsar, Karaj, Mahmoudabad and Mashhad)  had been submitted the secretariat of this festival.”

“"Maneli Ahmadi" and "Parisa Sahra Gard"  are the winners, respectively,  as the first and second best actress  in adult section. Ainaz Jafari and  Roya Ashrafi are  the third winners”

All of 11 children who were sent to their works to  children section was honored.
