Iran Theater is not only based in Tehran

Iran Theater- Hamid Nili, who is now the director of Islamic Revolution and Sacred  Defense  Theater Community ,  wrote  a note on the occasion of the end of his term in the Iranian Performing Arts Association .

He wrote :” I thank God that I spent two years of my life in an atmosphere full of love and art. A space that resembled the vastness of Islamic Iran and the purity of the pure hearts of theater artists.

During these two years, I tried to prove that Iran theater is not only based in Tehran ; Rather, Tehran, which now houses great artists, is the result of the theater of the whole country. All I tried to do was tell the theater artists that I was the spokesman for the provincial theater; Therefore, I went to the provinces under any pretext and used the experiences of my friends closely, and cities such as Saveh, Divan Darreh, Kashmar, Susangard, Garmsar, Saqez, Bokan, Mahabad, etc., created beautiful memories for me.”

He continued:”My presence in the association began with very high motivations, which I may have been discouraged by over time and with existing limitations; But I tried to keep things hopeful until the last days, like the first few days.”

“I started my career by changing the approach on several topics, some of which were implemented and some of which remained as an idea; Maybe it will lead to action later.”

“Interaction was the first fact that was raised to solve some of the problems and daily life of the association; Hoping for the dynamism and activity of the country's theater.”

At the end he hope the best for the new director –Mr.Basirat.
