He informed: The first edition of Sarv Grand award comes to the end and Dr. Qotbuddin Sadeghi, Hossein Pakdel and Dr. Mehrdad Rayani will be judging the works reviewing the 45 works that made it to the final stage.
270 applications from all over the country were sent to the secretariat within the set deadline, of which 45 works from 100 artists made it to the final stage.
