Reza Hamedikhah:

"The True West" Has a Good Rhythm

Iran Theater- Reza Hamedikhah , playwright and director, who watched the show The True West yesterday, said: "Tonight I saw a well rhythm performance of a very difficult play. The show had the right rhythm and a full understanding of the text.”

He added:” I have seen different performances beased on this play, but this show had the right rhythm and full understanding of the text. I have taught in Tabriz for many years and I am familiar with the power of actors and theater graduates in this city. The city has introduced very good actors and stylists to the theater. Certainly one of the features of tonight's performance is the correct acting, who show a consistent and complete work in the semantic world of the text.

Regarding the difficulty of Western plays for theatrical troupes he said: "Usually there is a danger that the  actors will over-understand the characters of the play before they understand the Western theme of the play and go so far as to avoid understanding the work. Tonight I saw an executive who did not engage in the usual clichés of portraying the Western world.”

Omid Saeidpoor is director of the play  and Amir Amjad translated into Persian . famous  Actor Parviz Parastui produces the play that will remain on stage for a month.
