Iraj Raad appointed as  the chairman of the Supreme Council of Artists Forum

Iran Theater- Iraj Raad was elected chairman of the Supreme Council of Artist Forum for another two years.

the first meeting of the new round of the Supreme Council of  Artist Forum, which was held on Sunday morning, October 11, Iraj Raad appointed as Chairman of the Supreme Council, Hamidreza Nourbakhsh as Vice President, Amir Alikhani Rad as  treasurer and Sadeghi psychiatrist as  secretary of the Supreme Council for two years.

Iradj Raad (born 1945, Tehran) is an Iranian stage, Cinema and television actor.

 

He studied theatre in FFATU and Cardiff University in Wales.

He started his career in cinema and starred in “The Postman” directed by Daruish Mehrjui in 1972. His other activities are “A Candle in the Wind” by Pouran Derakhshandeh, “The Cycle” by Daruish Mehrjui, “Latitude Zero Degrees” series by Hasan Fathi and “Eve's Daughters” series directed by Hossein Soheilizadeh.
