Director of Molavi Theater Center:

Theater groups and Halls continue to suffer

Iran Theater- Amir Hossein Hariri, director of the Molavi Theater Center, believes that setting limits in the performing shows should be expert and with a specialized view in this period, because artists and groups have suffered a lot.

He said: "Like other theater halls, we are closed due to the approvals of the National  Headquarters of fighting Coronavirus and the announcements of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, and all our performances are suspended. . Despite the planning we had done and the reception that was received even during the observance of the protocols, we closed the collection due to the announced restrictions and we are waiting for the licensing of the activities.”

He emphasized : "Student groups have suffered financial losses due to the planning and expenses they have incurred, and we, as exhibitor , are trying to give them the least possible losses,". If the limitations and the way of theater activities in these conditions are not an expert planning, theater groups and theaters will continue to suffer.”

Hariri believes that because the holidays are extended week by week and activities and planning have to be adjusted accordingly, this form of planning harms groups and  exhibitors  and they cannot plan.”
