The corona virus shut down the cinema and the first private plateau in Shiraz
Iran Theater- In an interview with an Iran Theater reporter, the director of the Art Theater Cinema Complex said: "We were forced to close down the complex against our inner desires and due to the problems caused by Coronavirus pandemic."
Davood Sayadi said that since March due to the conditions and after the announcement of the National fight with Coronavirus headquarters and the closure of all cinemas hall in the country, we have not been active.
“The expenses, the salaries of the staff in the first few months, made it impossible for us to continue in this situation and officially end the activity of the first private plateau of Shiraz Theater.”
He reminded that they started their cinematic activity from the beginning of last year and added: "Our complex was not old enough to say that after ten years of activity and savings and profits, we can spend a year without income."
