By decree of Seyed Javad Meraji, director, actor and theater writer Jamal Barfi was selected as the executive director of the 32nd Kermanshah province Theater Festival.
Barfi was born in 1974 in the city of Sanghar and has 35 years of experience in the field of performing arts.
