I perform “the customs of the time” on the Payam radio

Rasool Najafian,  stage director,  cinema, t.v and  talked with Iran Theater about his new theatrical activities,  he said: "For some time now, I have been broadcasting a live program on Friday morning on Payam Radio in the form of Masnavi, Saadi and Shahnameh reading. This is done in the form of a narrative.”

This program airs on Friday mornings from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and is called Rasm-e-Zamaneh program. I do zero to one hundred of this dialect program myself. I play the  Tar in this narration and poetry reading program. The reactions also show that the program has been welcomed by the people and the fans of Shahnameh. In this program, the issues of the day are also mentioned, because the professions of Hazrat Rumi and Ferdowsi have no expiration date and can be read in any period. I held Shahnameh reading sessions and on Wednesdays I did some reading in the garden of the Masnavi Art Museum.”

He stated:” Coronavirus pandemic has placed a sharp, bitter and strange situation in front of humanity. In my opinion, especially in this new pandemic where the virus is easily transmitted, it is not good to perform plays and it should be avoided. Use the capabilities and power of cyberspace for work and our stage artists should be patients.”
