Saman Khalilian explained the mechanism of the street performances and other performance sections
Iran Theater- The director of the street performances and other performance sections of the 39th Fadjr Theater Festival explained the mechanisms for performing the works of these two sections.
Saman Khalilian, director of street performances and other types of performances sections, announced: In the new section of other types of performances, , we received 74 ideas and plans. As stated in the call, participants had to submit videos explaining their designs and ideas in 5 minutes. We received 74 films and the selection committee of the other performances section saw these films in the first stage and proceeded to the second stage by summarizing 43 designs and ideas.”
He added: "In the second stage, the ones whose ideas were accepted, had to present their performance method in a face-to-face meeting with the selection committee and the selection committee asked them questions. These interviews were conducted online. Finally, 26 works were introduced. These ideas will be in the third stage of selection .”
He explained about the Other performances section:” : In the section for reviewing other types of performances, the works that were performed last year have been reviewed, and according to the opinion of the selection committee, a total of 15 to 20 works will be performed in this section.”
