The call for the Anardun Theater Fest. has been released
Iran Theater- The Deputy for Social and Cultural Affairs of the Municipality of District 11 and the Street Theater Center of the General Directorate of Performing Arts Center with the Iranian Performing Arts Association, are holding the Anardun National Online Theater Festival in three sections.
On the occasion of the longest night of the year and keeping alive the ancient Iranian customs on the night of Yalda, the Anardon National online Theater Festival is held.
The festival is held in 3 sections: "Narration", "Family theater performance with the theme of Yalda's nightlife and stories" and "Yalda's theater Customs (kinfolk) ".
In the section "Family theater performance with the theme of Yalda nightlife and stories", each group must choose one of the stories or narrations of Yalda night in the presence of family members and produce the work at home in collaboration with each other. The section "Yalda's theater Customs (kinfolk) " is also for theatrical groups that have the ability to produce ritual performances of their people.
The duration of these shows can be between 2 to 15 minutes and the deadline for submitting works is December 5th.
