I will  direct the show "Gabriel"

Iran Theater- Nazi said: "After controlling the Corona virus, I intend to perform a combination show 'Gabriel', including performing arts, visual arts and music, in different cities of Iran."

Behnaz Nazi, actress, writer, director and designer of cinema, theater and television, said in an interview with Iran Theater about her new theatrical activities,

She said: "I am waiting for a good opportunity after stabilizing and controlling Covid-19 disease to perform. At the end of February, we had a few performances on the plateau of Vahdat Hall, but with the outbreak of Coronavirus, the rest of the performance was canceled. In the coming months, , I plan to perform this show in different cities of Tehran province and other cities, accompanied by theatrical groups based in these cities.”

She added:We did three performances In these three nights, Kataneh Afsharnejad, Amin Tabatabai and Saleh Lavasani acted. The theme of this play is solitude and the return of people to themselves. It is without dialogue. It is a kind of fluid combination of visual arts, music and performing arts. In one of the performances, Master Javad Mojabi kindly drew a painting during the performance, and the next night, Saeed Abdolbaghi  created a wooden . The audience also participated in parts of the performance.”

Emphasizing the interesting and attractive features of improvisation in "Gabriel", Nazi added: "Before starting, I will explain the general intention to the cast, and they are the one who shape the rhythm of the play and moves the work forward, depending on the circumstances and gener. We will not face any contract. The performance time is variable and about one hour. All the events inside the scene take place around a statue in the middle of the stage called "Gabriel". The statue of Gabriel is made of resin by Mohammad Marvi and he is also present on the scene.”

In the final part of her remarks about the online show, she said: "If there are financial achievements for theater groups with this format, it is acceptable and justifiable. In this situation, the theater artists are in a bad financial situation. “
