Esfandiar Malayeri passes away

The veteran actor of Lorestan Theater and Television and a member of Lorestan Theater Critics Association, had been hospitalized in the ICU since the beginning of last week due to coronavirus, but despite the efforts of the doctors, the artist passed away on Thursday morning, December 17th.

In addition to working in the field of theater, Malayeri was also a teacher and theater instructor at the Lorestan Conservatory of Fine Arts and Art Schools.

Reza Basirat, the director of the Iranian Performing Arts Association, expressed his condolences to the theater community of Lorestan province and the Iranian theater arist for the loss and  of Esfandiar Malayeri.
