The Divine Commander Theater Festival started

The opening ceremony was held held next to the tomb of General Haj Qassem Soleimani.

 

At the opening ceremony Hamid Nili, the director of the Revolution and Holy Defense Theater Association, said:"If we know that martyrdom is the art of men of God, No one can prove better than the artist that martyrdom is the art of these men."

He added” I am glad that last year, less than 40 days after Sardar Soleimani's death, the artistic community and the Revolutionary Theater and Holy Defense Association started holding the  Divin Commander (Sardar Asemani ) Theater Festival, and this year, this event coincides with the anniversary of Sardar Soleimani's martyrdom.”

 

He continued: "When people are in gatherings to pay their respects, Sardar Soleimani definitely rules the hearts."

At the end of his speech, he mentioned Amir Hossein Shafiei, the secretary of Divine Commander Theater Festival, and Mohammad Alizadeh, the general manager of the Festival, as the two pillars of the festival.

Mohammad Alizadeh said in another part of the ceremony:”The Divine Commander Theater Festival was held in with special restrictions last year and then the second edition is starting  with support of Hamid Nili, CEO of the Revolution and Holy Defense Theater Association May this year .”

At the end of ceremony ,the show “The soldier” were performed.

The 2nd edition of the festival will take place in the southern Iranian city of Kerman on December

The Association of the Revolution and Sacred Defense Theater and the Revayat Foundation are the main organizers of the event.
