Iran Theater- The show “The last autumn celebration”, is based on the ancient Iranian legend and with the technique of marionette, was present in the 18th Puppet Theater Festival .
The Last Autumn Celebration "is written and directed by Ali Jabbari has participated in the traditional puppet section of the 18th Tehran-Mubarak Puppet Theater Festival.
Ali Jabbari said about the story: The story is based on one of the ancient Iranian legends which is performed in a combination of techniques and marionette puppets and its story is related to the Yalda night celebration in which "Tayareh Khan" invites some people to a party, and one of its guests is "Grandma Cold/Nane Sarma".
Jabbari stated: "This play once participated in the ritual and traditional plays festival with a slightly different narration, and I made changes, especially in the end of the story, which, by applying these changes, this time is dedicated to participating in the" Puppet festival."
He pointed out that the marionette shows have the ability to be performed both in the hall and in the open air: "Because this edition of the festival is online and uses the platforms. so the show was recorded in the hall, but nevertheless, my preference was physically performance. of course the nature of the Iranian play requires such a live participation of the audience with the play, but nevertheless we follow the decision of the festival headquarters and its secretariat.”
