The latest situation of settling the financial obligations of the Performing Arts Association

Iran Theater-The CEO of the Iranian Performing Arts Association announced the settlement of a major part of the association's financial obligations regarding public performances in 2020 and the settlement of the remaining part by the end of April 2021.

Regarding the settlement of the financial obligations of the association in relation to theatrical events , including the Fadjr Theater Festival and the Tehran-Mubarak Puppet Theater Festival, Reza Basirat, CEO of the Iranian Performing Arts Association, said: All the commitments of the Iranian Performing Arts Association to the Fadjr, Puppet and Street Theater Festivals, including direct and indirect sponsorships, have been settled, and a small part of our commitment, which is related to the headquarters area, remains.

 

He reminded about the status of financial obligations regarding the support of theatrical performances in last Persian year: In last year, we had about 10 meetings of the Support Council, the last two of which were held in the last week of March. All the resolutions of the 8 sessions of the Support Council have been settled and only the resolutions of the last 2 sessions of the council remain.

 

At the end of his speech, Basirat said: "We have produced 10 works for Nowruz 1400, which are being broadcast on TV and one of the online platform, and we have also fulfilled our financial obligations towards these 10 works."
