Theater artists deserve a better life

Iran Theater- The director, professor of performing arts at the country's universities and playwright, said: "theater artists deserve a better life , culture and society statue and they should not lose hope."

Ghotbedin Sadeghi   said about his most important wish in the new year: "My only wish is that the people and  Iranian stage artists, including directors and actors, can endure the problems with determination, ability and self-confidence to move towards a good future. Take steps and in this way should not lose hope in any way.”

Sadeghi pointed out that there are always problems in life: "But it varies from time to time, there are different crises and difficult conditions are always imposed on a person against his wishes, aspirations and efforts, so the main thing is that we do not lost ourselves."

The theater director emphasized: "Anyway, there are coronavirus pandemic and bad conditions in the world these days, and we have to overcome them by enduring problems."

Ghotbedin Sadeghi   who is born April 23, 1952 in Sanandaj, is an Iranian theatre director, playwright, stage and film actor, and arts instructor. He is also known as a prominent scholar of Iranian arts and culture. Sadeghi established Honar Theater Group in early 80's which is referred to as one of the most serious and artistic theater groups in Iran. His theatrical productions's fame is beholden to Mostafa Abdollahi and Michael Shahrestani who played the leading roles in his plays.
