I ‘m preparing "Shah Bahram" for the traditional ritual festival

Parisa Simin Mehr, a Khorasani artist, has been active in  the Naghali for many years and has been an influential figure  in the field .

She explained about her recent activities  “These days, I am writing a text about "Shah Bahram". In writing, I have compiled Shahnameh and history.”

She talks about the theme of the show:” The main plot is related to the story of East Iran,  the Gowsans and lyricists of Khorasan. These poems are accompanied by music, and the music is from the sixties and seventies. A story that is very popular among the people of this region and the cities of Bojnourd, Shirvan and Esfarayen, etc., and our work will be performed in three dialects: Turkish, Tati and Kurdish.”

 

                 About the date and place of this show ,she said:” The first goal is a performance at of ritual and traditional theater festival, and  After the decline of coronavirus patients, we will do the work in the whole Khorasan province and city by city in the form of repertoire in places such as coffee houses or other public gathering centers. The type of performances finds meaning with the presence and audiences.”

 

This Naghal artist  explained about the Naghali and Shahnameh reading festival in Mashhad:” with the help of Mashhad Municipality and Dr. Shalchian, the director  of the festival,  the second edition of this festival  held a few days ago and I attend  as a jury member. This festival was held online in Mashhad Municipality Cultural and Artistic Organization and we witnessed a very good reception. About 1000 works were sent to the secretariat in two sections for children and adolescents.”
