Fatemeh Radmanesh:
I’m Preparing for the performance of Lulian in Tehran

Iran Theater- Fatemeh Radmanesh said that I will soon perform a social show Lulian in Tehran which is focusing on women.
Fatemeh Radmanesh is an actress, playwright and stage director and television director , said in an interview with Iran Theater about her new activities.
During pandemic she has taught online : "In the current situation, while considering theater as my main concern, I am writing plays and doing some online teaching. I intend to perform a play called Lulian and I intend to enter into negotiations with several theater halls to perform it. Of course, I performed this play, which has a social theme, in 2010 in Kerman as well.”
She explained about the theme of the play: “This play, which won the best play prize at the South Kerman Theater Festival in 2014, was written by Ali Mohammad Radmanesh. The play is about the life of a girl who has been away from her family in the village for years. And she has come to town. The daughter has a half-brother and when she comes to her sister's house, she notices things that are not very pleasant.”
She also pointed to the importance and functions of street theater during pandemic: When I go to street theater and work, it is clear that I do not look at it as a job and income. Street theater has no income at all, and I think it is a selfless work that shows compassion for doing cultural work for the society. Many of my subjects are related to social problems such as female-headed households and labour children. Engaging in street theater is emotional and the product of love for theater.
