The relationship between culture and ethics and censorship in dramatic and visual works

Iran Theater- The fifth episode of program "Open Brackets" was broadcast on Namayesh Radio.

with the subject of examining the relationship between culture and ethics and censorship in visual works it was  produced and edited by Maral Doosti.

 

This program was performed live in Ferdows Garden and in this part, it examined the relationship between culture and ethics and censorship in visual works. The program was hosted by Nima Raisi, and Frank Arta, a journalist, Alireza Bahrami, a poet and journalist, and Naghmeh Danesh Ashtiani, a journalist, were the experts in the program, who discussed the program in person at the Ferdows Garden.

 

In another part of the program with  a telephone conversation, Bahman Farmanara  talked about holding of a filmmaking workshop sponsored by UNESCO, said: "In four sessions, I am going to talk about various topics such as screenwriting, editing and directing."

 

Cinema producer Hossein Farahbakhsh spoke about censorship in Iranian cinema and said that censorship in Iranian cinema is a matter of taste.

Mohammad Mehdi Asgarpour, producer, director and one of the film directors, said in an interview with the program that monitoring and censorship are not the same, but have become the same.
