Manouchehr Afsari passed away

Confirming the news, the actor' daughter Jairan Afsari told ISNA: "My father was fine and completely healthy, but he was suddenly became unwell last night and, we went to the hospital, unfortunately he died and the doctors could not do anything to bring my father back. He passed away a few hours before.”

The funeral of Manouchehr Afsari will be held on Monday, August 16 in the artists' section of Behesht Zahra.

On his personal account in Instagram, Parviz Parastavi confirmed the news, he referred to  to their 50-year friendship, and offered his condolences on his death.

Manouchehr Afsari was born in 1952. He started his career in cinema in the 70's and had acted in more than 30 movies and four TV series. He was character actor.
