"Scarecrow" on Iran Theater T.V

Staged- capture film"Scarecrow" is a work of Mehrab Birjand theater  troup, which looks at the ritulas  of South Khorasan region, written and directed by Hossein Abbaszadeh and accompanied by Navay Kavir Khavaran maqami music group and young artists and actors, in 2018 for 21 minutes in  Open Air of City Theater Complex and Artists  Forum as a  performances of the 17th Mubarak International Puppet Festival-Tehran .It won the award for best music as well.

 

 

 It is a simple narrative based on the rituals and traditions and indigenous and local games of Khorasan on the subject of sparrows that fight scarecrows for the sake of wheat.

 

Hossein Abbaszadeh is the playwright and director of this play.
