The date of Fadjr Theater Festival may change
Iran Theater- Hossein Mosafer Astaneh, the secretary of the 40th Fadjr Theater Festival, thinks that the date of the festival will change and informed that this will be announced during the call.
He said:” : The planning for this edition was to be held in person, but the summer theater holidays overshadowed our programs, and now that the halls have reopened, we are still not sure if there will be another wave of pandemic, although we hope this do not happen.”
He continued: anyway, we have to make changes in our planning by either increasing the deadline for preparing the applicant's works or changing the date of the festival. Both issues will be discussed in the Policy Council and we will announce the result in an announcement, in fact, this announcement completes the initial call of the festival.”
He explains the possibility of holding the Fadjr Film Festival and FadjrTheater Festival at the same time: "We try not to let that happen. As we have announced in the call for the festival .it will be held from the 21-30 Jan , But it remains to be seen whether significant works will be registered by then. Perhaps the situation is such that we have no choice but to delay the festival so that the applicant's works have more time to prepare.
