Emphasizing that foreign groups will definitely have performances at the 40th Fadjr Theater Festival, Mosafer Astaneh said: "According to our information, many of the companies that had previously performed at the Fadjr Theater Festival did not have a new production in the past two years due to pandemic."

He added:” We are considering for foreign groups to participate in the festival with their works, either physically or virtually, depending on the conditions. If it is possible for the group to be present, the festival will host them, and if this is not possible, we will show the performances online and there will be online discussions and workshops.”
