Parto Kermanshahi , a veteran artist passed away

Iran Theater- Ali Ashraf Nobati, the romantic poet of the Kermanshah dialect, passed away after more than half a century of composing.

Ali Ashraf Nobati was born in Kermanshah on September 27, 1931 and died at the age of 90. He was nicknamed "Parto Kermanshahi" and wrote poetry in both Persian and Kurdish. He was also honored at the Kurdish Celebrities Congress in Sanandaj as one of the contemporary Kurdish celebrities.

 

In addition to composing poetry in standard Persian, he writes poetry in the Persian dialects of Kermanshahi and Kurdish. Some of his poems have been recited in ballads and albums by Alireza Ghorbani and Hesamuddin Siraj.
