The first National School Theater Festival will be held

The governor of Minab said: after 15 years from the beginning of the curriculum theater program in Minab, now this educational program has become a national festival.

                          

 

Majid Salahshour, visited the secretariat of the National School Theater Festival in Minab, pointed out that the origin of school theater is from Minab, and said: "This program started in 2006 and due to the deep educational concepts of this program, was able to be introduced as a national festival in 2022.

 

Salahshour further added: The first student theater theater festival started in the second half of December by calling for students 'works, and by February 16, the opportunity to send students' works ended.”

According to him, 2,400 works have been checked and it is expected that more than 3,400 works will be reviewed and refined.

 

Salhshour continued: "This festival has been welcomed by students all over the country and so far, among the submitted works, Alborz provinces, Tehran, Khuzestan, Gilan, Hormozgan, North Khorasan and East Azerbaijan have had the most participants."

 

In the end, he stated that they will do their  best to hold this festival hosted by the city of Minab, and said: Combining art with educational and training concepts will lead to attractiveness, excitement and motivation, and will make the content more lasting
