The show “Kal” go to Armenia
Iran Theater- The show "Kal" is a production of the Astareh Farsan theater group, which already won the best show prize at the 32nd theater festival at Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province.
"Kal" has participated in the stage section of the 40th Fadjr International Theater Festival" as well.
It will be participate in the 20th Highfest International Performing Arts Festival.
"Kal" is written by Mostafa Mohammadidoost and Javad Khaksar Haghani Dehkordi and directed by Mostafa Mohammadidoost.
The theme is inspired by the old beliefs, rituals and traditions of the Bakhtiari people, who consider hunting to be the cause of misfortune and natural disasters.
Mohammadidoost believes that the purpose of this show is to try to prevent the excessive hunting of animal species for entertainment and believes that it is a criticism of the violence in the tribes of this region.
In the 20th edition of the High fest, there are eight shows from Iran, four of them are from Tehran and four from different cities, of which three are street performances, two are puppet shows, and the other are stage performances.
The 20th edition of the High fest International Festival will be held in Yerevan from October 1 to October 8 2022.
