Iran Theater-In a message to the 41st Fadjr International Theater Festival, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Mahdi Esmaeili wrote: I am grateful for the impressive presence of artists who believe in the essence of theater in this festival from different countries.
The message of the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Mohammad Mahdi Esmaeili, is as follows:
"The secret of survival and dynamism of theater art is in its representation of "life". In the perspective of pure Muhammadan Islam (pbuh), art is the perfection and evolution of everything that has the ability to manifest and bring people closer to piety and God Almighty; God who is "beautiful" and loves "beauty". In this context, art makes the world smooth and clear and helps the "soul" to lose interest in multiplicity and chaos and turn towards infinite unity.
The theater of the infinite collection of images, in parallel with the stable movement of matter, is always undergoing change and transformation in the world, because existence is not static and fixed. The nature of theater is always dynamic. The world of theater is not the world of frozen images and passive technique, nor trading and showing off, but the world of images and thinking and questioning about what is "becoming". This "becoming", riding the demonized false waves, is not to be seen better, but to become a "sacrifice" in the slaughterhouse of love. Annihilation is in the realm of Ahura. It is self-exploration and self-discovery and seeking God.
