Iran Theater- This is the first time that Mortazavi -Rad has participated in FITF .The director of Cup in tea Strom believes that the competition in next Fadjr Regional Theater Festival will be harder.

Morteza Mortazavi-Rad has a master's degree in dramatic literature and has been working professionally in the theater since 2007. The writer and director, who was born in Qom city, revealed the theme of the show in relation to 1953 Iranian coup d'état and people's awareness about historical events.

He believes that theater is a reflection of a society, “Theater represents the culture and history of a country. We get to know society and the way of looking at the world and the situation of that country through the art of theater. “

The director of the show "Cup in Tea Storm" considered the artists of the cities to be powerful.

“There are some infrastructures and theaters in the cities, but if advertising for the theater is pursued more seriously and a number of billboards and advertising facilities are allocated for the theater, the city theater will also work more powerfully. “

He continued: "Theatre is supported more in Tehran than in the cities, but nevertheless, the presence of city artists in the Fadjr International Theater Festival proved their capabilities."

He considered FITF as the most important theatrical event in Iran,"Participation in FITF is one of the honors of artists and directors and the growth factor of Iranian theater, and all the efforts of Iranian performing arts artists are showcased in this festival."

The 41st FITF is underway in Tehran until January 31. The festival is presided over by Iranian actor and director  Kourosh Zarei
