Mojtaba Lalezari: Yazd artists are eager for education
Iran Theater-Mojtab Lalehzari, the young director of "Trembling", said that the main desire of the theater artists of Yazd province is to hold theater classes and educational workshops by the great and good artists of Iran. By the way, the foundation for it is also available in this province, but I don't know why this is not happening.
Mojtab Lalezari is a young director from Yazdi who will direct "Trembling" in City Theater Complex from 17th of April.
Mojtab Lalezari said: "The play is written by Seyed Ali Mousavian, which was written based on the heartbreaking incident of the Mashhad-Yazd train derailment that happened on June 19. This bitter incident made us come up with the idea of this show, which was written by Seyed Ali Mousavian.”
He added: "In the story of this show, which is written as a documentary, Javad Abuei gets involved in an incident with his neighbor and kills him. Haj Mursal, a lawyer who is a candidate for the Mashhad City Council, is trying to get the consent of the victim's family in Yazd and wants to travel to Yazd, but something happens .”
This Yazdi director continued: "If I'm not wrong, I think we are the first group from Yazd province that our show has been performed in Tehran and in the City Theater Complex, and we hope to satisfy the audience with this show."
About the cast of this show, who are all good artists of Yazd, Lalezari said: "Seyed Morteza Fakhrmusavi, Saeed Khabeiri, Amin Delpazir and Tahereh Hanzaei are the cast of the show "Trembling", each of them were engaged in artistic and theater activities in Yazd province and are among the good artists of our city. The show will be on stage for 15 days."
This director explained: "Perhaps less attention is paid to theater in Yazd compared to other cities and provinces. We have tried to keep Yazd theater alive and we may have succeeded to some level. It’s important for us the performance at Tehran ‘s City Theater Complex because we represent Yazd province, and here I would like to thank those who were with us for staging this show in Tehran, especially the colleagues of City Theater Complex.”
