“The 9th Book of Ta’ziye” and “Lyrics of Pish Parde Khani in Iran” Were Released

“The 9th Book of Ta’ziye” and “Lyrics of Pish Parde Khani in Iran” Were released coincident with the final ceremony of the 14th International Ritual-Traditional Theater Festival.

IRAN THEATER – In the book “Lyrics of Pish Parde Khani in Iran”, written by Ardeshir Saleh Poor, the lyrics of Pish Parde Khani (a genre of Iranian performing art) during 1942-1958, is widely discussed. The book, provided in 564 pages with a circulation of 2000 copies, is available for who is interested in the Iranian traditional theater and costs 75000 Iranian Riyals. -- The news headquarters of the festival reported.
Collected by Mohammad Hussein Naser Bakht, “The 9th Book of Ta’ziye” includes some meetings of Ta’ziye such as Martyrdom of Imam Zeynol Abedin, Throwing Joseph in Well, Catastrophe of Karbala and Ta’ziye of Hor and has 328 pages with a circulation of 2000 copies. It costs 30000 Iranian Riyals.
These two books along side with “The 10th Book of Ta’ziye” and “The 2nd Book of Taziye”, which had been previously published by Namayesh press, have gone on sale to coincide with the 14th International Ritual-Traditional Theater Festival.
