Ensieh Shah-Hosseini: Supporting theater artists is supporting values

Iran Theater- The veteran director and screenwriter of the sacred defense films recommended that the responsible officials support the artists of the performing arts field.
Ensieh Shah-Hosseini said: "Khuzestan has long been an example in football and culture, and many translators, filmmakers, thinkers, theater directors and writers have grown and emerged from this region."
She participated in the specialized meeting of the heads of the 28 offices of Khuzestan Dramatic Arts Association with Director General of Dramatic Arts of the Ministry of Guidance with Khuzestan theater artists on wednesday, June 14.
Referring to the deficiencies of the theater sector in Khuzestan province, she added: "These deficiencies are not worthy of the artists of Khuzestan."
The director of the movie "Penalty" considered herself a theater artist and continued: "I consider myself a theater artist before I am a cinema director and I believe that cinema is nourished by theater."
Ensieh Shah-Hosseini said: "A land that does not have good shows, good actors and good artists, will train aggressive and dreamless people."
She added: "If the artists of a country are not supported, the people of that country will be empty of motivation and dreams and will not become jihadists and revolutionaries; If we have Qasem Soleimani today, it is because he had a dream since he was a child."
She continued: "I want the officials and managers to consider the problems and issues of the theater as a national issue and take it seriously."
"The Hidden Hand" is the new project of Ensieh Shah-Hosseini which in the pre-production. So she has traveled to Khuzestan province with Saeed Seyedzadeh, the producer of the film.
