The jury of the National Duma playwriting competition was introduced

Iran Theater-After the deadline for sending the play to the secretariat of the Duma National Playwriting Competition, the members of the jury were introduced.
In a decree, the mayor of the coastal city of Mahmoud Abad, Mehdi Okhti, introduced the jury of the Duma National Playwriting Competition:Hassan Dolatabadi, Faraz Fallahnejad and Pejman Shahvardi.
Hassan Dolatabadi, artist and theater teacher, has 53 years of research and experimental activities. He has published 60 books, 60 articles and judged numerous festivals, produced and performed many theaters, won several awards in national and foreign festivals He’s been director of art institutions as well.
Pejman Shahvardi, a researcher and writer, has written more than 50 stage and street plays and has been one of the winners of Fadjr International Theater Festival and several other prestigious theatrical events. He’s been jury member of various provincial, regional, national theater festivals and the 40th International Theater Festival.
Faraz Fallahnejad, writer, director, researcher and theater teacher, has also been a member of the selection and jury members of dozens festivals. This artist had successful participation in six editions of FITF.
The Duma national playwriting competition is based on works adapted from the novel "Duma", which is the life story of Seyedeh Sultan Hamidtabar, the mother of martyrs Abolhassan and Abolghasem Mohammadzadeh.
