The Seminar section will be held from September 30 through  October 1 by the General Department of Dramatic Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the participation of the General Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance of North Khorasan Province in Bojnord city.

The 21st Traditional and Ritual Theater Festival will be held in October 2023 in five provinces under the direction of Ahmed Joulaie.
