Razavi National Street Theater Festival launches call for submissions

The third National Festival of Razavi Street Theater is one of the programs of the 21st International Festival of Imam Reza .

Ali -Mohammad Radmanesh  is artistic director of Razavi National Street Theater Festival. The festival has invited all theater groups to send their works to the festival secretariat according to the open call.

In this edition, submitted plans and ideas or plays will be overview , and, the resume and activity history of the groups will also be evaluated. Then 16 groups will be selected and four groups will be reserved to enter the next step for production.

The selected groups will be paid financial support for the performance based on the cooperation agreement, which is a part of supporting the production of a professional show with the theme of Razavi culture and in the provinces.

  The festival is non-competitive and the best directors will be honored at the closing ceremony of Imam Reza International Festival in Mashhad. After the closing ceremony of the festival, if the conditions are ready, the necessary cooperation and assistance will be provided with the selected groups for public performances in different parts of the country, as well as television recording in the next year.
