Referring to regional theater festivals, Taghipour said: "If we lived in a country like England, I would have to say that we don't have small and big roles, but we have great and small actors, but we live in Iran; Unfortunately, Iranian artists will not be seen in deprived provinces that have little access to facilities, and no one pays much attention to them.."

He continued: "Even though the recognition of provincial artists depends on their own efforts, holding various festivals such as the regional theater festival may be a hope to showcase the art and efforts they make in their careers."

The artist added: "The theater groups of the provinces gather together with all the difficulties and start producing works. They should exploit themselves to notice  by managers, people and artists of the capital in the busy city of Tehran."
