"The behavior of the festival executive operators towards spectators and theater troupes was discomposing, and it seemed that they were trying to disorganize rather than organizing the festival!" Hamed Zahmat Kesh and Majid Bur Bur, who had participated in the 16th Children & Juvenile Theater Festival with a stage production called "The Wardrobe" said.
Concerning ticket selling as a beneficial strategy for reducing the chaos, Hamed Zahmat Kesh said: "That was a right thing to do but they did not know that to who and how much they have sold, so children had a weak presence in the festival which is basically dedicated to them."
"Some misunderstandings happened by virtue of lacking discussion meetings after performances. Because the troupes could not explain and defend their productions."
