Farhad Nazarzadeh Kermani: "Once upon a time Samangan", narrates a revolutionary decade of history

Farhad Nazarzadeh Kermani watched the show " Once upon a time Samangan" directed by Mahmoudreza Rahimi on Feb.21.

 

Nazerzadeh Kermani said: "Mahmoudreza Rahimi is one of the good artists of Iranian theater. I mostly knew him as a playwright. Fortunately, this artist is also active in the field of acting and directing. "

 

He continued: "Once Upon a Time in Samangan has displayed a kind of stylized realism from the eighties, a transformative decade of Iranian history. "I can't talk too much about this show because subconsciously my mind went back to the 60s and my imagination slowly merged with what I was seeing on stage."

In the end, Nazerzadeh said: "I hope to see good performances from this artist again." Also, I hope that other artists, by addressing issues like this, will deal with the events of the last few years and record ceremonies, rites and rituals such as weddings in theatrical works and create works of art."
