Meisam Navirian: We should pay attention to social concerns
Iran Theater- Meisam Navirian, the director of "Yakhte" show, stated that having children is the concern of all human societies, he said that neglecting this issue will cause many problems in the society that should not be ignored.
In his first experience as a director, Meisam Navirian, theater stage designer, will direct the play "Yakhte" written by Mehdi Simriz from April 27 to May 14 at Mehr Hall,Hoze Honari.
Navirian said: "Yakhte tells the story of the ups and downs of a couple who try to cure infertility and face many difficulties along the way.”
He added: "I decided to pay attention to a part of society's needs by choosing a social and worrisome issue, and since the issue of having children has involved not only Iran but all human societies, I’ve chosen this theme for work."
The director added: "Maybe we don't understand the importance of having children in the cultural, social and economic aspects, but if this issue is ignored, it will cause many problems in the society, which should not be neglected."
The director " explained: "The playwright and I tried to look at this topic with a specialized perspective in the form of a social-comedy drama and point out the effects of having children in changing the mood of society and families."
