The show "Blood Season" was opened in Hafez Hall

Iran Theater-The performance of "Blood Season" written by Ayoub Aghakhani and directed by Ashkan Eskandari opened in Hafez Hall.

Ayoub Aghakhani said at the end of the performance of: "In the nineties, I started directing with the intention of writing plays, But I saw that the plays are fragmented and it is different from my mentality."

 

The director of the "Death does not inform" theater said: "Many plays were performed in the form of professional with novice groups, but still the number of plays that have an understanding of the text is few."

Aghakhani emphasized: "It is interesting to me that these young people in "Season of Blood" correctly performed moments of the play."  The movie and television actor added that he knew that if someone else did it, no one would understand, and today, despite the weaknesses, there were moments that fulfilled his expectations, and he  appreciate these young artists.

Aghakhani said: "Let's think and see what writers we had in literature and who we have today, and do we remember the names of contemporary writers? There is a great suffering that we could not name great names in literature, poetry and drama writing." He continued: "Various reasons have caused artists to lose motivation. Five members of cast and crew are like diamonds whose brilliance depends on the audience's enthusiasm."

 With the support of Rudaki Cultural and Artistic Foundation, "Blood Season" is directed by Ashkan Eskandari  runs August   7-26 every night at 6:00 p.m. in Hafez Hall. It’s featuring Ashkan Eskandari, Salar Mosayebzadeh, Saeedeh Aba’iian, Zahra Namvar, Mohammad Yousefi, Sogand Aryai-vosogh and Farzaneh Sa’adat Hashemian.
