Amin Miri:I do not consider theater as a steping stone to cinema

Iran Theater- Amin Miri, the stage actor and theater director, said that he does not consider theater as a stepping stone to entering the cinema
He believes that each of these arts is separate and none of them is a stepping stone for the other.
Amin Miri will soon play in the play " void" written by Kahbod Taraj and directed by Majid Rahmati.
This actor considers a good play to be the most important factor for his participation in a show projects "A good play that has something to say in terms of content and form and conveys a message to the audience is very important to me."
This artist states: "In the next step, the director's perspective and his point of views can encourage me to accept an offer."
Miri explains about the that he likes to play: " I consider as a parameter how complex and attractive the role is and how much it challenges me as an actor. For example, some characters are written based on real history, which makes playing the role more interesting for me.”
About his new activity in the theater, he says that "Void" written by Kahbod Taraj and directed by Majid Rahmati is a work that contains cultural and social criticism, and this was one of the reasons for accepting the work for him. He joined the group later and although he believes in a lot of rehearsal, he joined the group since he only had one monologue in the show.
"The characters in the show are real," says Miri. “Actually, they are about people who lived in this world many years ago and their stories are real. I have never experienced the role I am playing in and I hope I can handle it."
