Curtain Falls on 43rd Fadjr International Theater Festival

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Seyyed Abbas Salehi, the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, along with a number of stage artists and cultural officials.

                              

 Hosted by Ali Zia, The closing ceremony was held in Vahdat Hall, and the winners of the various sections of the 43rd Fadjr were introduced.

At the closing ceremony of the 43rd Fadjr Theater Festival, Reza Kianian came on stage and honored two theater journalists, Neda Al-Tayeb and Fariborz Daraei.

Reza Kianian said in this segment: "For years, this scene had been angry with us and we had been angry, but now is the time for reconciliation."

He bowed to Farzibazz Daraei and Neda Al-Tayeb and said: "These two people worked hard for the theater. The old artists know these two journalists. During the Khatami presidency, our theater was at its peak. Later, they closed the cinema house and the journalists' guild, and there was a big gap between us and the official authorities. I hope I will be able to come back on stage and act. Ms. Al-Tayeb and Mr. Daraei will publish our theater report again.".
