The new issue of the monthly magazine "Namayesh" to publish

Iran Theater –The New issue of Theater monthly magazine "Namaysh" were published, focusing on theoretical and analytical discussions of postmodern theater, as well as memorials commemorating the late masters of this art.
This issue begins with an editorial by Seyyed Javad Roshan, the editor-in-chief of the monthly, entitled “Paying Attention to Thought in Theater.” In the interview section, Dr. Farhad Nazerzadeh Kermani speaks with a hopeful outlook about the future of Iranian theater in an exclusive interview with the editor-in-chief.
A section of this issue is dedicated to postmodern theater and examines various aspects of this artistic movement with articles by international writers and Iranian translators, including “Postmodern Theater: A Contradiction in Concept?” (Donna L. Hoffmeister), “History in Postmodern Theater,” and “Voice and Narrative in Postmodern Drama.”
In the Portraits and Memorials section, memoirs written by prominent figures about the late Hamid Samandarian, Jalal Sattari, and Enayatollah Shahidi have been published. Also, in the Analysis section, works such as "Alive to the Grave," "Chaplin," and "In Search of the Actor of Hamlet" have been reviewed.
