Being a free adaptation of A Doll’s House, the production also features Ali Soleymani and Afsoun Delkhah.
Nora is going to hit the stage in July at the Qashqai venue of the City Theater. Manouchehr Shoja has designed the set and music has been co-produced by German composer, Kith Gert and Iranian artist Arsh Hajr Azad.
In addition, Juliane Ledoch has done the costume, Shahla Kouhestani has designed the work's Poster and Vahid Mehdi Zade is the director's assistant.
Nora is a fresh version of Ibsen’s play supported by video projection.
"I have tried to illustrate Nora in a modern context, because Nora and A Doll’s House have a lot in common with the life of today." Having translated the play, Koushk Jalali said to IRAN THEATER.
"The modern audience is more aware than the 19th century." He added. "He can get the concept immediately even by a single suggestion and talkativeness does not have sense any more."
