A Doll’s House with Different Form

“I have changed the work’s title from “A Doll’s House” to “Nora”, to emphasize on that character and highlight its characteristic aspect.” Alireza Koushk Jalali said.

It is mentionable that he has translated A Doll’s House into Persian. “I have tried to make a free translation according to the modern language. Also, I have created a new dramaturgy in accordance with the changes of the text.” He added.
“I hope that the media come to its debut. Because the first performance is the most important one in the Europe so the special audience goes to see it right on the first night.”
Publishing the new translation by Afaraz Publishing House, Koushk Jalali continued: “It is possible that the channel 4 decides to produce its television version.”
Translated and adapted from the Norwegian playwright’s drama, Nora features Pantea Bahram, Payam Dehkordi, Ahmad Sa’atchian and Behnaz Jafari.
