Taganka Theater Company finishes Czech run

The Moscow Taganka Theatre company is winning huge public acclaim as it continues its successful tour of the Czech Republic which began in Hradec-Kralove on Wednesday
The famous outfit is touring the Czech Republic with the production of Bertolt Brecht’s “The Good Person of Szechwan”.
On Wednesday, the theater presented the play as part of the European Regional Theatre Festival.
“The Good Person of Szechwan” has been part of the Taganka repertoire for about 50 years and is nearly as old as the theatre.
The theatre’s founder and director Yuri Lyubimov says the Taganka production for the Czech festival was picked by the Czechs.
On Friday, the Taganka actors will continue to impress the Czech public on stage the National Theatre in Prague
